Account Policy

If you wish to become a Bydik member or if you want to remain a Bydik member, you must read this agreement and it indicates your acceptance during the registration process. By accepting this agreement, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by it, or if you are acting on behalf of a company or entity, that you have the authority to bind such entity.

We may change the Account Policy from time to time without prior notice. We encourage our Bydik members to frequently check this page for any changes to the policy. Your continued use of this site after any change in the Account Policy will constitute your acceptance of such change.

Policy Info

To become and remain a Bydik member, you must open an account in accordance with the instructions set out on the registration page, including completing all requested information set out on the registration page and satisfactorily pass all of our required identity and security validation checks.

We encourage our members to input authentic information in profile fields. Your Username must be in English. You can use different languages for Display Name, First Name, Last Name, etc.

If you are issued an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. We recommend you change your account password from time to time.

We reserve the right to deactivate or delete your account. You agree that we may, under certain circumstances and without prior notice, immediately deactivate or delete your account. In this situation, you must accept our decision and our decision is the final one.

Cause for such deletion shall include, but not be limited to:
(a) breaches or violations of the policy or other incorporated agreements or guidelines;
(b) unexpected technical or security issues or problems;
(c) you have engaged or are reasonably suspected to be engaged in fraudulent or illegal activities;
(d) having provided false information as part of your account;
(e) having failed to keep your account complete, true, and accurate.

We also reserve the right to change, correct, and delete your provided information when it’s necessary. If you can’t access your account and you know you keep up the policy, let us know asap.
